Clarity refers to your ability to communicate your message, as well as the clarity in your vision.
And vision is how you think the world should be, or how you would like it to be.
Together, this principle embodies how clearly you communicate your vision.
From experience, the biggest and most challenging assumption is that the leader has a clear vision. Typically people have a strong idea or motivation to improve things, but this is not the same as and not a replacement for a vision, and certainly not a clear enough message for followers to take clear strategic action.
