Happy Testimonial
“I learnt a lot and feel like I know what I need to do to start instigating meaningful change at work.
This means a lot to me because before this, I had no idea how to get buy-in from everyone else, and so I felt that my efforts would not be effective, and I don’t feel that way anymore."

Sustainability Strategy Planning and Leadership
Participants will develop the skills to lead with purpose by aligning individual, organizational, and behavioral values. Through workshops focused on vision and commitment, leaders will learn to craft actionable sustainability goals that resonate across teams and stakeholders.
Sustainability First Principles
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of sustainability first principles across key impact categories, including energy, water management, natural resource use, pollution, waste, physical presence, and people.
This foundational knowledge will empower participants to make informed, strategic decisions that address environmental and social challenges holistically. By integrating these principles into their value chains, organizations can prioritize impactful actions, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth across their operations.

Skill-Drills are dedicated competency workshops where participants practice and experiment with the skill, and start to process how they would implement this practice directly into their organisations. Masterminds on the other hand, are facilitated experience-sharing and problem-solving sessions where members have access to expert insights, frameworks and guidance from their peers who have already exhibited competencies in business sustainability skills.
Masterminds can also have guest speakers and dedicated agendas depending on group requests
